How do I get a refund?
Steam purchases and refunds are managed by Steam. If you have made a Steam purchase and are looking for a refund, please contact Steam support for assistance.
If your purchase was made via Xsolla or if the purchase was made in-game with QC Points, please contact QC Games support.
QC Games Refund policy
Only purchases within the last seven days are eligible for a refund. This includes all Breach purchases (including Founders Packs and QC Points).
Some in-game purchases made with in-game currency are non-refundable, such as:
